Juliana serves as Director of Operations at MatchBOX Studios in downtown Lafayette, where she coaches local founders and business owners through ideation, strategic planning, and market development. She has supported more than 500 founders and early-stage entrepreneurs as they develop and grow their ideas. Juliana is the owner of Casavan Consulting, which provides sustainability consulting to institutions and universities. Before joining MatchBOX, Juliana was part of the founding team of the Purdue Foundry, a nationally recognized program that helps translate university research into startups. While there, she designed and led entrepreneurial education programs, including Firestarter, Purdue’s premier startup ideation workshop. With nearly two decades of experience working with small businesses, startups, and community innovators, Juliana focuses on practical tools that help entrepreneurs make better decisions and build sustainably.
