The Confidence Equation: Aligning Inner Belief with Outer Presence

Featuring Lindsay Perrault (Veremis)

Your personal brand isn’t your tagline, your resume, or what you wish people would say about you—it’s what others remember after you’ve left the room. And in today’s world, mastering that kind of presence is a true leadership advantage.

In this powerful, interactive workshop, Emmy-nominated journalist and communication expert Lindsay Perrault (Veremis) pulls back the curtain on how top media personalities and high-visibility content creators consistently show up with clarity, confidence, and magnetic presence.

Lindsay will help you explore what your outward presence is communicating to clients, colleagues, and your community—and how your internal narrative can either amplify or undermine that message. Together, we’ll dig into practical ways to:

  • Strengthen your internal confidence

  • Elevate your external presence

  • Communicate with poise, personality, and purpose

  • Align who you believe you are with how you show up

Expect a blend of real-world strategies, thoughtful reflection, and actionable tools you can use the moment you walk out the door.
