Kristin Stapleton is a change agent and growth catalyst with 12 years of experience designing environments where talent is optimized, and organizations thrive. Since 2019, Kristin has built amplify’s model of strategic coherence to align business and people priorities that win in complex environments.
Prior to starting amplify 3x, Kristin designed winning cultures while working within a Fortune 1000 manufacturing organization. The business wanted to innovate but lacked the environment and people mindsets to establish new ways of thinking. Kristin worked with the executive team to identify and cultivate individual talent that was already present in the business.
