Kris Taylor is the Founder of Evergreen Leadership, Co-Founder of LEAP and Author of the Leader's Guide to Turbulent Times. She holds a Master's Degree from Krannert Business School at Purdue University. Kris was on the faculty of the Purdue Entrepreneurship program and taught two capstone courses there for five years.
Kris founded Evergreen Leadership based on her strong belief that the world is in desperate need of leaders at all levels who are effective in our environment of complexity, uncertainty and unrelenting change. The combination of her focus on results and depth in adult learning enables her leadership development work, in any form, to be high impact, sustainable and focuses on results that matter. Her firm specializes in fostering skills in agility, collaboration, relationship building, accountability and creativity.
She is the Author of The Leader's Guide to Turbulent Times: a practical, easy to use guide to leading in today's times. Her firm works with leaders at all levels, from the C-Suite to high potential emerging leaders through customized leadership development programs, coaching, speaking, and writing.
Evergreen Leadership, is the culmination of her personal experiences and thought leadership in leadership and organizational agility. Evergreen Leadership has been recognized as one of the premier leadership development firms by the Center for Creative Leadership.
Over 70 organizations have partnered with Kris and her firm since 2004 to develop leaders and to implement transformational change.
