Jill is a distinguished HR executive and entrepreneur with expertise in providing strategic direction and guidance in the areas of HR, employee engagement, and organizational development. She has a
demonstrated track record of building high-performing HR teams and helping organizations transform
both HR and the work environment to achieve the best places to work designations, better invest in
their people, and achieve the desired business outcomes.
As an experienced art collector and procurement specialist, at High Frequency Arts, Jill serves as the CEO
and Art Consultant where she helps commercial, residential, and designer clients design, source, and
install artwork that matches their project goals and budgets. Her mission with HFA is to make art
procurement simple, straightforward, and meaningful to help people, organizations, artists, and
Jill and her family reside in Fishers Indiana and are also the founder and CEO of Evolve HR.
