About the Program

The importance of achieving productivity through diverse, inclusive culture-building in every industry is more crucial than ever before. Unfortunately, while diverse leaders are a fact and diversity tools are abundant, studies continually point to program ineffectiveness. This interactive session will explore why belonging may be the ingredient missing for your diversity programming, and how to harness its power to close gaps, achieve leadership and organization sustainability, and create a culture where everyone has the opportunity to contribute.

About Thresette

Thresette is Founder and Chief Performance Officer of Performance 3 (P3), a national leadership development firm with offices in Indianapolis, Indiana and Roanoke, Virginia. P3 believes every leader can be a high performer with the right opportunity and the right culture, and helps executives, mid-level, and emerging leaders accelerate both through keynotes, training and facilitation, and coaching and consulting services.

P3 is also a City of Indianapolis and State of Indiana certified Minority & Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), and a Great Lakes Women’s Business Council WBE and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB).

Thresette serves on the board of the National Association of Women Business Owners as well as other national and local leadership roles. She has two services registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, has authored numerous publications, and has multiple honors and recognition. She received her BBA from Wichita State University and MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Thresette lives in Indianapolis, IN with her husband, Don.
