This month Kitty Haffner from Total Solutions will be our guest speaker. Kitty Haffner graduated from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College with a B.A. degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. Her work background includes working in customer service with two manufacturing
companies, a paralegal for a law firm for more than 10 years, and 20 years as a consultant and facilitator with her husband, Herm. Total Solutions is a consulting firm, helping large and small companies in the areas of business and strategic planning, sales and customer service training, executive coaching and various assessment tools to help clients reach their greatest potential.
